Scottish Hazards are delighted to annouce that their 22nd Annual Conference will once again be an in-person event, to be held at City of Glasgow College's Riverside Campus.
The day will be a mix of plenary sessions and workshops, all aimed at Organising for Safe and Healthy Work.
In the morning plenary, delegates will be joined by Dave Moxham, STUC Deputy General Secretary, and a range of speakers giving updates on campaign issues, including the Fair Work Construction Inquiry and Long Covid.
Following that, there will be a range of workshops, and delegates will be able to select 2 to undertake, from the following:
•Toxics Use Reduction;
•Long Covid: Law and Practice:
•Fire Safety: Cameron House Case Study;
•Mental Health and Hybrid Working;
•Neurodiversity
The afternoon plenary will see presentations from Andy Watterson and John Brown on Toxics Use Reduction, and Scottish Hazards own Ian Tasker on Scotland’s Fatal Injuries.
